The Department of Developmental services (DDS or the Department) is releasing this BID/RFR to create a qualifying list of Providers of Independent Living Supports (ILS), also known as In Home Supports. ILS consists of services and supports for a variety of activities that may be provided regularly, on a one-to-one basis, but less than 24 hours per day, that enable the individual to live independently and in the least restrictive setting in the community.
