The selected vendor shall perform annual fire alarm testing, inspection, and as-needed repair services for 25 residential and administrative properties owned and operated by CHA, all located in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Work must comply with NFPA 72, applicable Massachusetts state codes (including 527 CMR), and local AHJ requirements. The vendor must provide 24/7 emergency dispatch with a 2-hour response time, and maintain at least two qualified fire alarm technicians on staff.
