The Supplemental Day-26 Request for Response (RFR) is being issued to qualify providers for the following services: Day Habilitation Services (3664) and Adult Day Health (3165) programs. Providers responding to this RFR will be required to show documentation that organization is approved by MassHealth to provide specific services. This RFR will replace the SuppDay-20, and any updates to that RFR, that have been posted on COMMBUYS.
