The Request for Response (RFR) will solicit responses from fire safety personnel qualified to provide trainings to Department of Development Services (DDS or the Department) direct care staff and DDS provider agency direct care staff in the areas of fire safety and fire prevention, with topics including preventing and controlling fire-related emergencies in the absence of trained firefighters.
