The work includes demolishing existing abandoned ejector pumps on the first floor and basement, filling existing ejector pump pits and providing a new finished slab at grade, providing a new floor sink in the fire sprinkler valve room on the first floor and piping to the existing active sanitary below grade, cutting, capping and filling with concrete all abandoned waste piping below grade, providing a new floor drain in the sanitary ejector room on the first floor and piping to active sanitary drainage below grade, demolishing an existing oil interceptor below grade and capping vents above roof, and cutting and patching concrete/finish at all locations where floor fixtures are being removed or installed.
