The RFQ includes specific scope for four projects: (1) Rehabilitate Taxiway B from former Taxiway F to Runway 29; (2) Rehabilitate Terminal Apron; (3) Extend Taxiway Bravo to Runway 33 and Runway 15; and (4) Construct Taxiway F from Runway 11-29 to Taxiway B. The Consultant shall demonstrate experience in disciplines including Civil, Pavement Design, Airfield Electrical, Cost Estimating, Airfield Construction Phasing, Resident Inspection, Climate Resiliency, and Sustainable Design. The contract will be work order based, and Consultant's fee for each work order shall be negotiated; the total fee for the contract shall not exceed $2,500,000 per contract.
