Watershed Roof Improvements The Division of Water (DOW) Watershed section has maintenance facilities at multiple places across the city to support the various dams and reservoirs. There are multiple maintenance buildings managed by Watershed that have roofs approaching and/or beyond their service life that need repair or replacement.
