Blueprint 5th Ave by Northwest - Edgehill / Meadow This 5th x Northwest project area is part of the City of Columbus Integrated Solution, commonly referred to as Blueprint Columbus. Blueprint Columbus is a program designed to achieve water quality and performance goals identified in the 2005 Wet Weather Management Plan (WWMP) through implementing the 4 pillars of Blueprint. The 4 pillars of Blueprint consist of the construction of green infrastructure, lateral lining, roof redirection, and sump pump installation. The Integrated Plan and 2015 WWMP Update Report proposing Blueprint Columbus was approved by Ohio EPA on December 1, 2015.
