Blueprint Miller Kelton - Kelton/Fairwood The Kent/Fairwood area is generally bounded by Main Street to the north, Livingston Avenue to the south, Railroad tracks to the east, and Kelton Avenue to the west. This project will look at an integrated solution for Consent Order requirements of the City's Wet Weather Management Plan. Due to the sequencing of the projects, this project focuses on green infrastructure alternatives because the green infrastructure needs to be operational prior to roof drain redirection or sump pump installation. Mainline sewer lining and sump pump installation will be handled under a separate contract. This contract evaluates green infrastructure alternatives and evaluates private sanitary and storm laterals that drain sewage and stormwater from homes.
