Near North & East Area Large Diameter Assessment - Phase 3 This project will provide design for the large, combined sewers rehabilitation work near Franklin Park area and Goodale Park area. Also, will provide construction services to rehab the sewers that are in poor condition. The project will rehab the sewers to extend the assets remaining useful life while minimizing the risk of asset failures. Also, to reduce inflow and infiltration to the City's sanitary sewer system thus mitigate sanitary sewer overflows to basements and waterways.
