SWWTP Digester Process Expansion, Phase II This project is to rehabilitate the three acid phase digesters (APDs) at the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant (SWWTP). In addition to the APD rehabilitation, this project will investigate the feasibility of fats, oils, and grease (FOG) receiving, organic food waste receiving, and nutrient removal prior to the digestion process.
