Mound Street Floodwall and WCLPP Repairs The existing floodwall located along the east side of the Scioto River, between Main Street and the Norfolk Southern/CSX Railroad bridge, is in disrepair. This project will investigate and evaluate the existing wall and levee system with regard to the flood protection needs of the area and develop plans for the replacement of the existing wall. In addition, this project will address the concrete sections of the Franklinton Floodwall where deficiencies such as spalling and cracking have occurred and which need patch repairs.
