ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
HIGHPOINTE RANCH PHASE 5 WATERLINE PACKAGE
Sealed bids will be received in a sealed envelope addressed to **Lennar Homes on behalf of High Pointe Ranch Municipal Utility District No. 1 (“Owner”) **via Lennar Homes engineer Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at 6160 Warren Parkway, Suite 210, Frisco, Texas 75034 until 2:00 PM on October 28th, 2026 and then publicly opened and read, for the work necessary for the construction of water facilities to serve approximately 20 Acres in the City of Aubrey, Texas. Complete sets of Bidding Documents are available via CivCast at www.civcastusa.com and may be examined or picked up at the offices of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at 6160 Warren Parkway, Suite 210, Frisco, Texas 75034 starting October 28th, 2026.
Certified/Cashier’s check or acceptable bidder’s bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. The amount of said cashier’s check or bond will be forfeited to the Owner and the bank or surety shall be liable to the Owner for the amount in the event the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as hereafter required within fifteen (15) days after the date of notice of award. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities.
