Fairview Parkway (Segment 1) - From north of DART Right-of-Way to Ridgeview Drive - 1,600± LF of 2-lane divided concrete roadway (ultimate section) with storm drainage, sidewalk, and curb ramp improvements. Fairview Parkway (Segment 2) (Bid Alternate) - From Sloan Creek Bridge towards Ridgeview Drive - 700± LF of 2-lane divided concrete roadway (ultimate section) with storm drainage improvements. Fairview Crossing - Traffic signal improvements to ultimate condition at Fairview Crossing and Fairview Parkway.
