Bent Canyon Extension Project The Bent Canyon Extension Project is located in northwest Bexar County. The objective of the Project is to close the existing gap on Bent Canyon between Bricewood Run and Prairie Way Boulevard.
Note: SAWS will be joint bidding with Bexar County to adjust and/or replace existing services within the project limits.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Bexar County Public Works Building, Board Room, 1948 Probandt Street, San Antonio, Texas, 78214.
Deadline for Questions are due by Monday, October 5, 2026 at 4:00 PM through www.civcastusa.com in the Q&A portal or to the Senior Contract Specialist, Jonathan Preiss, CTPM, jonathan.preiss@bexar.org (CC: dwegmann@bexar.org). You will be notified of this addendum automatically through email.
Sealed bids for furnishing all the labor and materials and doing all work in connection with the Bent Canyon Extension Project will be received by the Bexar County Purchasing Department, 1103 S. Frio, Purchasing Suite, San Antonio, Texas 78207, until exactly 10:00 AM, local time on Friday, October 23, 2026, at which time all bids received will be open and read aloud. Time is of the essence. Bids received after the exact time and date set for submission above will be unopened. Online bidding is also available through www.civcast.com.
