The work includes adding 115 mgd of peak wet-weather treatment capacity, upgrading the Four Mile and Little Miami Pump Stations to pump 215 mgd, constructing a new flow-splitting headbox, upgrading disinfection systems, relocating electrical systems, demolishing existing dewatering, incineration, and maintenance facilities, conducting site investigations and alternatives analysis, and evaluating closure or reuse of the adjacent ash lagoons and DAF Building. The Design-Builder will provide design, permitting, construction, testing, startup/commissioning, Acceptance Testing, and warranty/guarantee services across two phases (Design/Preconstruction and Construction).
