Recycling Program Sponsorship Planning & Management Services

The selected Offeror shall provide turnkey sponsorship planning and management services including: sponsorship sales and development (develop sponsorship packages, identify and manage sponsors, negotiate agreements); program strategy (recommend sponsorship structures including exclusive, shared, and tier models); creative design and branding (design sponsorship graphics, manage production, ensure civic aesthetics); production, installation, and maintenance (fabrication, installation, maintenance, replacement of materials, quality control); asset management (manage placements on residential recycling carts, public recycling corner cans, drop-off facilities, digital platforms, and other approved media); community engagement (develop public engagement strategies, coordinate outreach, manage feedback); reporting and analytics (provide regular reporting on revenue, retention, engagement metrics, inventory utilization, financial reconciliation); and data privacy and compliance (protect data, maintain compliance, implement cybersecurity controls).
