MAIN STATION EAST CONCRETE REPLACEMENT Site Visit - 10/05/2026 - 2:00 PM ET 2545 Riverside Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45202 This is an online bid only.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to: remove existing concrete pavement and curbs; protect bollards, guardrails, and gate; compact existing aggregate base material prior to pavement placement; remove and replace existing base material determined to be unsuitable for pavement placement; install new reinforced concrete pavement; reinstall air hose reel; repair concrete foundation; install concrete curbs; and clean and restore any damage to the property. The contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion within 120 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed and Final Completion within 30 calendar days after Substantial Completion. Work hours are restricted to 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. unless otherwise approved by the Owner. The project is classified as Heavy Highway.
