Janitorial Services for MSD
The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete janitorial services at MSD facilities. Work includes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning tasks such as sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, trash and recycling removal, floor buffing, stripping and waxing, carpet shampooing, and cleaning of restrooms, offices, break rooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other areas as detailed in the specifications for each of the 11 sections. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies, meet minimum staffing requirements, perform background verifications on employees, and comply with safety and LEED standards. The City will furnish consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and trash bags.
