The bidder must furnish and deliver sodium hypochlorite solution 12.5% by weight in the following forms: 3000 gallons in 15-gallon plastic containers (minimum order), 1800 gallons in 50 to 55-gallon poly steel drums (minimum order), 12000 gallons bulk delivery 0-150 gallons, 38500 gallons bulk delivery 151-300 gallons, and additional bulk delivery 301-1499 gallons. Pricing must include all costs necessary to provide the material/services including labor, material, equipment, transportation, delivery, FOB Destination, insurance, performance surety, profit, fuel, and fuel surcharges.
