Bulk and Bagged Mulch and Soil Conditioners

The contractor shall furnish bulk hardwood mulch (brown and black), IPEMA-certified wood fiber for playground safety surfaces, bagged mulches (brown, cypress, pine bark, pine fines), pine straw bales, garden top soil mix, and other soil conditioners as detailed in the pricing sheets. Delivery is as needed and ordered to requesting city departments/divisions. The contractor must maintain a local stock of bulk and colored hardwood mulch in the greater Cincinnati area available for emergency pick-up. The initial contract period is twelve months, with two optional twelve-month renewals.
