Insurance Requirements
The City requires the awarded vendor(s) to obtain and maintain the following insurance coverage types: Automobile-For automobile operations liability General Liability-For bodily injury or property damage, arising from products, premises, completed work, personal & advertising injury Workers Compensation-For lost wages and medical expenses of injured workers

Contract Term
The term of the project is anticipated to be: Three years with two one-year extension
The selected firm(s) will provide on-call services for securing structures, asbestos abatement, utility coordination/relocation, demolition, clearing and grading of specified structures and related improvements, underground storage tank and contaminated soil removal, well abandonment, tree removal, and miscellaneous environmental remediation. Services may be planned or emergency in nature and do not fall within the confines of an existing project's contract.
