The contract will require the supplier to provide and deliver Portland Type I/II Cement and Ready Mix Concrete made with Portland cement to the Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT), Street Maintenance Division (SMD). Materials must either be delivered by the awarded contractor to specified job sites or made available for pickup at the contractor's plant by City vehicles.
