General Scope:
The scope of this contract shall be to provide On-Call Fencing Installation and Repair Services for the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the Charlotte Water Department, the Charlotte Area Transit System and other various City Departments as may be needed.

Insurance Requirements
The City requires the awarded vendor(s) to obtain and maintain the following insurance coverage types: Automobile-For automobile operations liability General Liability-For bodily injury or property damage, arising from products, premises, completed work, personal & advertising injury Workers Compensation-For lost wages and medical expenses of injured workers

Contract Term
The term of the project is anticipated to be: Multi-Year
The service provider must provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for fencing services including installation, repair, and periodic maintenance of fences and gates on a time and materials basis. The provider must store materials clear of ground and protected from weather. The provider must respond on site within 6 hours for emergency security issues and within 24 hours for other repairs. Emergency security issues are expected to be about 10% of the work. The RFP is not for new construction or capital projects.
