This will be a three-year contract to include miscellaneous repair or relocation of conduit, fiber, aluminum poles, traffic management cameras, and other facilities within the City’s Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) throughout the Charlotte service area. The work under this contract will supplement the City’s workforce in making repairs and relocations.

The City requires the awarded vendor(s) to obtain and maintain the following insurance coverage types: Automobile- For automobile operations liability General Liability- $1,000,000 Workers Compensation- $500,000

Contract Term
The term of the project is anticipated to be: 3 years
The work includes miscellaneous repair or relocation of conduit, fiber, aluminum poles, traffic management cameras, and other ITS facilities throughout the Charlotte service area. Work may include underground or aerial tasks, and is issued via task orders. The contractor's superintendent must respond and be on site within 3 to 6 hours of being called, and work crews must respond within 3 to 6 hours of the superintendent meeting and task order issuance.
