The City plans to require the following bond(s) for this solicitation: Bid Bond-City required Bond to ensure that vendors do not retract bids from the time they submit a bit until the contract has been executed. The primary scope is replacing an existing 8.7 ft high by 7.8 ft wide CMP culvert with a 10 ft wide by 7 ft tall RCBC near 3810 Gleneagles Road. Supporting work includes dredging the downstream pond located on the Quail Hollow Country Club near the 15th hole to remove sediment buildup, and adding inlets and upgrading roadside drainage on Out-Of-Bounds Drive to improve safety during storm events.
