The selected firms will use HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and/or a hydraulic grade line closed system computer model, or an approved alternative (SWMM) method, in accordance with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Design Manual. Work includes surveying, utility locating, PACP stormwater asset inspections, channel stabilization, utility coordination, easement preparation, public engagement, preliminary and final design, permitting, preparation of construction documents, bid and construction phase services, and geotechnical and structural engineering services. Work will be issued via written Task Orders for various storm drainage improvement projects.
