The project involves designing an Early Baggage Storage (EBS) facility that uses an Individual Carrier System (ICS) tote-based storage system integrated with the existing BHS. The facility is expected to provide approximately 1,830 storage positions within rack structures, at least two ramp-level baggage makeup carousels with a corresponding circulation service road, and required building and code-compliant systems. The EBS facility is expected to be approximately between 90 to 100 feet tall and may require relocation of existing utilities. It is anticipated to be a multi-level structure constructed above the existing loading dock.
