The City plans to require the following bond(s) for this solicitation: Bid Bond-City required Bond to ensure that vendors do not retract bids from the time they submit a bit until the contract has been executed. Payment Bond-City required Bond to ensure that subcontractors and/or suppliers are paid for any work performed. Performance Bond-City required Bond to ensure satisfactory completion of a project by the vendor.

The 6701 Dulverton Dr. project involves storm drainage system upgrades, including installation of a 4'x6' box culvert, replacement of storm drainage structures and reinforced concrete pipe, full-depth asphalt replacement, new curb and gutter, and concrete driveway. The 2424 Ramblewood Ln. project consists of the replacement and realignment of small-diameter reinforced concrete pipe, installation of a CIPP liner, replacement of storm drainage structures, slope regrading, full-depth asphalt replacement, new curb and gutter, and driveway replacement.
