Bonding Requirements
The City plans to require the following bond(s) for this solicitation: Bid Bond-City required Bond to ensure that vendors do not retract bids from the time they submit a bit until the contract has been executed. Payment Bond-City required Bond to ensure that subcontractors and/or suppliers are paid for any work performed. Performance Bond-City required Bond to ensure satisfactory completion of a project by the vendor.

The projects consist of reinforced concrete pipe replacement and realignment, with pipe sizes ranging from 15 inch to 36 inch, including elliptical pipe. Work also includes CIPP liner, storm drainage structure replacement, non-standard endwalls, full depth asphalt, curb and gutter, concrete driveway, foundation assessment, foundation protection, boulder toe, soil lifts, and watermain replacement.
