The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and support services for the Access Control and Camera Systems under one unified agreement, including ensuring reliable performance, timely troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, technical support, and repair or replacement of camera hardware to maintain full system functionality. The camera system comprises equipment from multiple manufacturers, including Pelco, Panasonic, and Axis, and the vendor must demonstrate the capability to support all components regardless of manufacturer.
