Charlotte Water (CLTWater) is seeking Progressive Design-Build services to design and construct the Lee S Dukes WTP Expansion Project. Based on recent water planning evaluations, CLTWater has identified the need for several improvements to address future water capacity needs. These improvements include expansion of the Lee S. Dukes WTP along with various improvements and upgrades to the distribution system, particularly in the 978 Zone.
