The City is seeking qualified firms to perform condition assessments of storm drainage infrastructure using closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspections and/or confined space entry (CSE) methods, as specified in the contract documents.
The work includes condition assessments of storm drainage infrastructure using CCTV inspections and/or confined space entry methods, cleaning of storm water assets using high pressure water jets or mechanical cleaning equipment, internal inspection of storm water assets, and collection, transportation, and disposal of waste materials. Storm water pipes must be cleaned to within 99% of original carrying capacity. The Service Provider must also respond and mobilize for emergencies such as blockages causing flooding.
