REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - Civil Engineering and Design Services UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES (UC ANR) - Kearney Research & Extension Center, 9240 South Riverbend Ave., Parlier, CA 93648 The University of California, Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR) seeks qualifications from experienced firms to provide civil engineering consultation, studies, and design services at Keaney Research & Extension Center in Fresno County, near the city of Parlier. The selected consultant will assess the existing potable water system and identify needed renovations or improvements to the system to meet current operational needs and regulatory compliance standards; evaluate the feasibility and cost of different treatment options to remove 1,2,3-TCP from groundwater; and evaluate the feasibility of connection to the City of Parlier public water system.
