The Contractor must provide fully maintained cranes, which must include all qualified labor (crane operator and a minimum of one ground crew "rigger/signal" personnel), supplies, materials, tools, equipment, transportation including travel and per diem, licenses, permits, and every other item of expense necessary to provide crane services on various projects for the San Luis Field Division. Cranes will be rented on an as-needed basis. The Contractor must also provide a certificate of competence issued by the National Commission for Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) for each crane operator.
