Vendor will provide CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistant) and LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse) to provide care for geriatric residents on all three shifts. LPNs will under supervision independently perform practical nursing functions in assigned nursing units where Registered Nurse specialty is not required. CNAs will under general supervision perform nursing assistance and personal care including activities of daily living, feeding, bathing, hygiene, ambulation, transfer and repositioning, escorting to appointments, dressing, elimination needs, vital signs, records and treatment procedures as directed by the licensed nurse.
