The contractor handles demolition, loading, transportation and disposal of all debris, debris cleanup to department satisfaction with 48-hour return if required, all testing and permitting, IEMA demolition notification 10 days prior, traffic control and site safety, and submits landfill disposal paperwork before invoicing and detailed start and end dates.
