The contractor must furnish a new, heavy-duty, multi-purpose, long reach track-type excavator meeting detailed specifications including a minimum operating weight of 96,000 lbs, a long reach boom of at least 34'-9", an arm of at least 23'-4", a digging depth of at least 42'-6", and a reach at ground level of at least 59'-0". The unit must include a diesel engine with minimum 340 HP and 8-liter displacement, a coupler system, two buckets (42" digging and 72" grading/ditch cleaning), and for District 0 Day Labor a complete standard boom/stick assembly, a JRB Power latch universal multi pin coupler, a hydraulic thumb, a diagnostic scan tool, and a hydraulic breaker. Delivery is F.O.B. destination to Springfield, IL, and the contractor must provide operator instruction, manuals, and warranty service.
