The Agency is seeking as-needed HVAC services for various locations within IDOT Districts 4, 6, 7, 8 & 9. This is a SBSA solicitation.

The vendor will be responsible for general and emergency service for repair, maintenance and minor alterations to the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and chiller systems including distribution systems, chillers, absorption machines, air-cooled air conditioner units, heating and cooling roof-top units, water and air condensers, evaporators, Direct Expansion A/C units, air handling units, high- and low-pressure steam boilers, hot water boilers, centrifugal, circulating, condensate pumps, heat exchangers/converters, exhaust/ventilator fans, Pressure Reducing Valve stations, operating controllers, temperature control systems, all equipment and components, pneumatic heating/cooling systems, and unit replacement. The vendor must furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment. Routine work response time is within eight hours, and emergency service response time is within three hours.
