The Illinois State Police Special Operations Command (SOCOM) is establishing a one-year contract for as-needed purchases of brand name Ultimate Training Munition (UTM) 5.56mm Man Marker Rounds in either Red or Blue. The munitions must be UTM Man Marking Rounds with velocity no greater than 400 feet per second, accuracy within 2 inches at 25 yards, and non-toxic. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis, and the quantity listing is a projection for evaluation purposes only. All quoted prices must be valid for one year after the final contract signature and must include shipping and handling charges. Orders must be received within 45 calendar days after receipt of the order, and the vendor must agree to partial shipments. All deliveries must be received at the Illinois State Police, 4700 Rodgers Street, Springfield, IL 62703, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, with no holiday deliveries. Subcontractors are not allowed.
