The Department of Military Affairs is seeking bids for a vendor to complete repairs to the Server Room HVAC by replacing the two (2) HVAC units; Building 36, located at the 183 Wing, Air National Guard, 3101 J. David Jones Parkway, Springfield, IL. Please see the Scope of Work for the details of the project.
Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 10:00am at the 183rd Air Wing located at 3101 J. David Jones Parkway, Springfield, IL. Vendors must be in attendance to bid. Ask for Capt. Nicholas Hotze with CE at the gate.
The vendor must disconnect and remove two existing 5-ton STULZ indoor air conditioners and two outdoor condensing units, then provide and install two new 10-ton floor-mounted data room HVAC units (STULZ CFD-035-D2A-0-10 basis of design) in an adjacent room, with new outdoor condensing units, ductwork with fire dampers, floor grilles, equipment stands, drain piping, refrigerant piping, all required electrical work, and communications tie-in to the existing DDC system. Work hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday, with no work on State or Federal holidays.
