Pre-Bid Conference: There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference held on October 7, 2026 at 10am located at 1315 Lehman Drive, Chester. IL. Bidding vendor must attend. Sub-Contractors can attend with the bidding vendor but cannot sign in place of the bidding vendor.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and expertise for complete maintenance and inspection, mechanical cog repairs including disengagement correction on Poles #2 and #3, removal of existing halogen and metal halide fixtures with disposal, furnishing and installation of 28 new low-voltage LED fixtures and lamps meeting stated output, power, CCT, CRI, distribution, surge, voltage, IP and vibration requirements, replacement of the 480V Meltric plug on Pole #1, wiring inspection, voltage verification, Megger testing, commissioning, documentation including maintenance, cog, installation, lowering operation and electrical test reports, and final clean-up.
