The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to prepare, grade, and establish a healthy turf grass lawn on approximately 15,100 square feet. Work includes removing debris, vegetation, and aggregate rock larger than 2 inches; rough grading; installing an 8oz non-woven geotextile separation fabric; placing a minimum of 4 inches of screened premium topsoil; final grading; applying starter fertilizer; installing premium-quality sod; watering and maintaining sod for a minimum 14-day establishment period; and providing a one-year warranty on sod survival, workmanship, grading defects, and settlement.
