Pre-Bid Conference: The Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is Scheduled for Aug 11th, 2026, at 9:00AM at Ann Kiley Center, 1401 W. Dugdale Rd, Waukegan Il 60085. Bidders will be considered non-responsive if no attendance or is late.
The work includes excavating a 4-inch cast iron sewer line in the crawl space below the footing, removing the pipe from the crawl space to the back patio, saw cutting the patio and excavating the sewer line from the crawl space to the fence, removing the sewer pipe from the crawl space to the existing clean-out at the fence, and installing new 4-inch pipe from the existing 4-inch overhead PVC in the crawl space to the sanitary line clean-out at the fence, ensuring proper pitch in accordance with plumbing industry standards. All construction debris and other materials generated by repairs shall be removed from the premises.
