This is NOT an open solicitation. This is public notice of an emergency purchase for HVAC services at the Illinois Beach State Park Lodge & Conference Center in Zion, Illinois.
The work includes reclaiming refrigerant, disconnecting and disposing of the existing 15-ton York condensing unit that serves the lobby, and installing a new York YC180c00A4AAA5 condensing unit in its place. The new unit is a direct replacement using R-410A refrigerant. The scope also includes Lull/Telehandler rental, making all electrical and low voltage connections, cleaning and flushing refrigerant lines if necessary, making new brazed refrigerant line connections to existing lines, installing new refrigerant line driers, pressure testing with nitrogen, pulling a 500-micron vacuum, powering up the new unit, recharging the system with new R-410A refrigerant, and checking operation and functionality of the system.
