The vendor must print and deliver three types of placards: 100,000 Temporary Parking Placards (VSD 394.30) with expiration date 2028, 150,000 Permanent Parking Placards (VSD-200.20) with expiration date 2032, and 20,000 Meter Exempt Parking Placards (VSD 854.5) with expiration date 2032. Each placard is 9 1/4" x 3 1/2", printed on .032 Polypropylene with a holographic foil wheelchair symbol, die-cut with a notch for rearview mirror, and includes a removable barcode label. Placards must be numbered sequentially with specific alpha-numeric sequences, packed 500 per box in cardboard cartons, and palletized. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to the Office of the Secretary of State VSD at 3701 Winchester Road, Springfield, IL 62707. The contract includes phased deliveries: Phase 1 by December 31, 2026; Phase 2 by May 1, 2027; and an optional Phase 3 by June 1, 2027.
