The vendor will provide a comprehensive, electronic, service delivery system for individuals in custody. This system includes self-development, education, friends/family contact, grievance tracking, entertainment, and administration communication. The contractor must deliver individual in custody content, streamline offender communications, and provide higher education electronically in an efficient, sustainable, and durable manner. The vendor will also perform initial site assessments, installation of necessary hardware, staff training sessions, and new tablet distribution to all individuals in custody at no cost.
