The selected contractor implements, operates, maintains and supports a Recorder Notification Program that establishes secure interfaces to receive recorded document information from County systems including Aumentum, identifies documents requiring notification, prints, mails and tracks notifications within statutory timeframes, provides secure administrative tools for search, notification history and reporting, maintains complete notification history and audit records, and provides implementation, testing, training, documentation, maintenance, technical support and ongoing updates for approximately 165,000 recorded documents annually with approximately 66,000 requiring notification by printed mail.
