The contractor shall provide equipment rentals and related services on an as-needed, non-exclusive basis. Equipment to be rented includes earth movers, trucks, loaders, excavators, backhoes, dozers, graders, generators, lights, heaters, work platforms, forklifts, light towers, and compactors. The contractor must provide equipment in first-class operating condition, and rental charges begin when ARRC accepts possession at the designated Delivery Point. The contractor must not furnish equipment until authorized by an ARRC-issued Purchase Order. Anticipated delivery locations include Anchorage and Fairbanks, but ARRC may designate other locations within its service area.
