**Deadline for Receipt of Proposals: **Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than 2:00 P.M. Alaska Time on November 2, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Provide approximately 7400 square feet of net usable Class A office space in one building in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, including a 2760-square-foot Legislative Information Office with reception, staff areas, conference rooms, kitchen and support rooms and 4640 square feet of Senate, House and visiting suites, plus 50 reserved off-street parking spaces, all utilities except telecom, janitorial services, maintenance, voice/data installation, and build-out ready for move-in July 15, 2027 and full occupancy August 1, 2027 under a ten-year lease with renewal options.
